What I’ve learned in more than 16 years of practice is that people who struggle with habits of thinking, feeling or behaving are already hypnotized. We slip into trances of smoking, eating mindlessly, pulling out hair, and cycling through negative thoughts. So in a way, our work simply gives you the choice of which trances to embody. Plus a session with a trusted guide can be relaxing.
